~ serious matter! ~

this is goin to b a serious n long post..but i hope u guys will read, especially 4 the guys thou i know ppl like huat jin read le will filter out.. =-/ but in this post, i may sound harsh, however don take it too hard..just take in the main points i 1 2 convey..no offence, is just wat i feel..

actually im v.disppointed..from the way i c how u guys train for ur dance just now..i mean i can undstd some of u know how to dance but there is always room for improvement..m i right? u ppl cannot keep havin the concept that : "i know already wat"..if u ppl still thinkin in this way, u ppl will forever cannot improve..guys can u get me?

like just now only when cindy go approach u guys then u ppl start trainin..when cindy din go find u ppl, u guys r slackin,watchin the bb match..but when u guys finish the dance 1 time, u guys stop again..i mean u guys hav to take the initiative, don wait for others to call u ppl to start then start..

for LINUS, i really hope that we can find the key in ur heart to make u more high n enthu, u cannot everytime say nvm nvm..if u continue like that, the heart to heart talk we have become useless and everyone is just wastin our time and effort..so pls store our comments into ur mind and process it k? n i can c mark is tryin v.hard to teach u so pls don let him n us down k? i know u can do it de, is jus that ur ICE BLOCK is yet smash..n i also know u hav ur sailin thing to fan..so pls jia you k?

for mark, i feel that u can act more like a head within the guys..do things that really show others that "u r the head, listen to u"..eh i dono how to say la..but from wat i feel, i can feel that cindy is a head..mayb u can ask some tips from her..like just now, i say u guys r too slack then u snapped n giv me jiao bin n say "u go tell them la! tell me 4 wat?"..u r the head thats y i tell u, n i 1 u 2 convey the msg to them..but after that, the way u ask them 2 come back is gd, keep it up! keep doin things like that..jia you also k? cos i know head is not ez to be..

hope after readin this post, u guys will get wat i mean..and hope our further trainin will get even better..little world of tens let's jia you k?i believe all of us can do it! =)

yoyo..4 so long this is my 2nd entry oni..nvm late post beta than nv post.. :P

anyway, i think that ytd game trial was a successful one..so every gl give urself a clap! oni at captain ball, some of us included me have used a harsher tone to train u ppl but hop u ppl don mind k? our intention was oso to help u guys play beta..if i hav hurt u guys in any way, i apologise..

actually after ytd heart to heart talk, i feel more relax and beta..at least now everyone know our own bad points and hope everyone of us will really think thru wat everyone say and change for the beta..pls don filter out, o our time and efforts in havin this talk will b wasted..so lets jia you and compromise each other k? thou i know is hard haha, but try our best la..

now my whole body ache, so sorry i cant join u guys at edmund hse but in future if got chance i will go k? lyk u ppl go his hse so many times but i one time oso don hav so sad..haha jk la.. x)

i shall end here cos now i typin this entry, my hand oso ache till v.jia lat..haiz tml physical trainin, dono i can mak it anot..nvm, shall c tml..so c ya guys tml..tak care! =)

rlly feel beri tired havin trainin evryday n work in wkend..but i do rlly enjoy e whole process of it! :) so don worry.. hop i don fall sick b4 camp... -____- ll thou i rlly sick now :P

once again i hav to say I RLLY LUV U GUYS ALOT! u guys rlly can let me forget my pro n brigten up my whole day!all of us r doin well..hop we will cont like tat..even we in future got disagreement, hop all us can sit down n settle peacefully.. :) PEACE :P
